Sit at the bar or get a table. Basic decor but food was excellent, inexpensive, and generous portions. Bartender /owner was fast with service and friendly. On a Sunday,breakfast was served until 12:30. We loved it.

Chicken dinners for 9 for takeout.
Amazing food. Nice and moist. Fantastic coleslaw and mashed potatoes.

Waitress service is extremely slow, even just to get a cup of coffee and they were not busy. At one point I got up to refill my coffee and the older lady who definitely gets waitressing as she asked me nicely to sit down so she could bring me coffee, that I should not have to get my own when I'm out to eat. I also notice the older lady working - cleaning tables, refilling others coffee setting table (our waitress dumped off four place setting at the corner of the table), filling coffees, asking if everything was okay during the meal, clearing plates, etc. I can only hope the younger one takes some pointers from her. Our food quality for a little diner up north was good. If you are to dine here for breakfast, I would suggest eating at the bar if that is an option.

They have a very good fish fry on wend and fry. Get there early on Fri.
Cod was good.will go again when on vacation.
